Join a Collaborative and International Crewing Team

TGS operates advanced seismic vessels worldwide, with highly specialized crew working rotational schedules offshore. To support these operations, we are looking for a structured and proactive Crewing Coordinator to join our team in Oslo.  

As part of our crewing team, you will play a key role in delivering seamless and cost-effective crew logistics. You will coordinate complex travel arrangements, manage visa processes, and act as the primary crewing contact for your assigned seismic vessel operations.  

Your responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and monitor travel for offshore personnel worldwide 
  • Manage visa processes and travel documentation across multiple locations 
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective routing in cooperation with travel agencies 
  • Support crew readiness through booking of training and medicals  
  • Maintain and update crewing systems and personnel data 
  • Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to ensure operational continuity 
  • Handle urgent tasks and support critical operations when required 

What we’re looking for 

  • Degree in HR, Logistics, Management or similar (or minimum 3 years relevant experience) 
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across cultures 
  • Systems-oriented with attention to detail
