We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Oslo‑based Supply Chain team. In this role, you will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant logistics operations across vessel and non‑vessel activities globally. You will work closely with technical teams, freight forwarders, warehousing partners, and our global operations network to secure seamless mobilizations, on‑time deliveries, and high‑quality logistics execution.
You will also be a key contributor in strengthening logistics processes, improving documentation and data quality, and supporting the transition to modernized systems and warehousing structures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics for assigned vessels (mobilization/demobilization) and all non‑vessel shipments.
Coordinate and follow up with freight forwarders, port agents, and warehouse partners to ensure timely, compliant, and cost‑effective execution.
Support vessel teams, equipment owners, and technical specialists on logistics planning, documentation, and best practice.
Attend and contribute to vessel operational logistics activities, including coordination with Port Agents.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve logistics processes, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
Support inventory control: cycle counts, data accuracy, and asset verification.
Ensure logistics‑related data in the ERP system is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Drive standardization across warehousing, packing, documentation, and shipment workflows.
Support selection, follow‑up and performance management of 3rd‑party logistics and warehousing providers.
Conduct regular coordination meetings with Freight Forwarders and ensure structured feedback loops.
Advise internal stakeholders (rigging group, technical teams, project teams) on logistics matters.
Contribute to cost‑efficient solutions and support commercial evaluations of logistics partners.
Identify improvement areas within logistics operations and drive initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, compliance, and cost performance.
Contribute to the development of scalable logistics structures, including future warehouse/ERP upgrades.
Support organizational learning by providing training and guidance to vessel teams and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain, or marine operations.
Strong operational understanding of global logistics, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Solid English communication skills (written and verbal). Norwegian language skills are an advantage.

Analytical and structured approach; able to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements.
Skilled negotiator with experience in managing external logistics and warehouse partners.
