Responsible for leading regional Imaging teams to meet technical and financial targets by employing strategic planning, project management, and leadership, while promoting quality, developing teams, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Imaging teams to exceed client technical expectations by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Direct project planning to align with business forecasts, profitability targets, and revenue recognition
• Establish procedures and enforce departmental guidelines for QMS, resource planning, and financial reporting
• Drive business improvements through empowerment and innovation, and foster a growth culture by motivating and developing team members to ensure best-in-class performance
• Promote a strong customer focus by cultivating internal and external relationships and cross-functional interactions
• Support marketing activities and sales processes for future projects
• Support professional development for team members, promoting technical skill enhancement
• Follow TGS QHSSE Management policies and procedures

Specific to the Imaging Manager Role

Ensure that Petrobras and any other external clients are fully satisfied with the quality of the work
